Hullo! I’m a 24 year-old university student and retail worker, with she/her pronouns! I mostly go by my character’s name (Rhysa), my longtime username Spheryn, so feel free to use either of those. Really, I’m not too picky about what people call me, so long as it’s not. . . y'know. . . Offensive?

Due to being a full-time student and part-time worker, my schedule can be pretty hectic! Because of that, I ask that any prospective RP partners know that I’m not always avaliable to RP, and that I can't always guarantee immediate replies to threads or DMs– If that’s something that may bother you, please keep that in mind.

Rules of Engagement ::
1. IC ≠ OOC. I feel like this is important for everyone, but especially those of us that play darker-themed characters. I will not tolerate blending in my RP partners; If you can’t separate me from my character, I am not the RP partner you’re looking for.

2. OOC > IC. With that said, if something in our scene upsets or triggers you in some way, please let me know! I will always put the well-being and enjoyment of my roleplay partner over the RP itself. I may enjoy dark themes like horror and gore, but only to the extent my partners are comfortable with, and I know that’s different for everyone.

3. Open communication. I don’t really like going to roleplays blind, and almost always prefer having some sort of communications to hash out some details beforehand. It’s a comfort thing. That’s not to say we have to figure out every little detail - I don’t mind some spontaneity - but considering some of the themes I enjoy (occult, horror), I just think it’s better to have open lines of communication, especially if it’s a more long-term plot.

4. I do not consider myself lore-strict! While I most certainly try to keep my characters within the realm of plausibility / lore-compliant, I’m not against expanding on what lore they’ve given us to create fun and interesting concepts. I like the fantasy of Final Fantasy! That being said, I completely understand if that’s not everyone’s cup of tea — We may just not be each other’s flavour!

5. Romance. This character is in a closed, commited relationship, and is not open for new ships. Flirting and unrequited feelings are fine, but just know that it will not be reciprocated seriously.

6. I don’t tolerate hate-groups. I do not engage with people who are transphobic, alt-right (Nazis), pedophiles, racist, or who otherwise discriminate/dislike members of the LQBTQIA+ community. This includes people who play fetishized characters such as F*tas and C-boys.

7. 18+. I’m just not comfortable RPing with players or PCs under the age of 18.
